Make it Happen

Motivate: to provide someone with a motive for doing something. 

 

The first step to making something happen is wanting to make it happen. Motivation is a primary building block for achievement. Some say education is more important. Education is important, but we have many educated people who are not acting upon their education. They are not doing what they know to do. And as my friend used to say, ‘To know and not to do, is not to know’.

Motive is the catalyst for action.

 

So, you want to make something happen? First define your WHY—get clarity on your motive. Once you know Why (motive), you will be motivated to figure out How (education).
